This section summarizes the purchase and return terms of the online store Diabetika.lv in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Latvia, in order to provide clear information about the conclusion of the contract, payment, cancellation and complaint procedures.

- The contract between the Seller and the Consumer is concluded remotely by ordering the product on the website Diabetika.lv. The order becomes binding after confirmation of payment and confirmation of the order by e-mail.
- Prices and payment
- All prices for goods listed are in EUR and include value added tax (VAT).
- If the Buyer does not make payment within 2 business days after order confirmation, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.
Right of withdrawal and return
- The consumer's right to withdraw from the contract
- The consumer has the right to unilaterally withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without providing additional justification.
- The withdrawal period begins on the day the Consumer receives the goods, or on the day of delivery of the last goods if the order contains multiple goods.
- If the Seller has not provided information about the right of withdrawal, the period is extended to one year and 14 days.
- Cancellation notice and return of goods
- The consumer sends a completed withdrawal form by email.
- After notifying the withdrawal, the Consumer must return the product within 14 days.
- The return costs are borne by the Consumer, unless otherwise agreed.
- The seller will refund the full amount, including standard delivery charges, no later than 14 days after receipt of the cancellation or confirmation of receipt of the goods.
- Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Especially for hygiene reasons, non-returnable items, such as sensor and lancet kits, after opening the package.
- Goods that cannot be returned due to the nature of their use, such as opened sterile medical supplies.
Product conformity, warranty and complaints

- The consumer has the right to file claims for non-compliance of the product with the terms of the contract within two years, regardless of the duration of the warranty provided by the manufacturer or Seller.
- Complaints procedure
- The consumer submits a written application (e-mail), describing the defects of the product and attaching a receipt or order number.
- The seller reviews the complaint within 10 business days and offers a solution - product replacement, repair, discount or contract termination and refund.
- If the Consumer is not satisfied with the solution, they can contact the Consumer Rights Protection Center (PTAC) or alternative out-of-court dispute resolution providers.

- Dispute resolution
- We try to resolve contractual disputes through mutual negotiations. If this fails, the Consumer has the right to contact the CRPC or use alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
- Entry into force and changes
These regulations come into force on 8th January 2025. June. The seller reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions by posting information on the website.
